集中が自然に起こっている状態。
無理に集中しようとせず、何かを遮断しなくても、
思考がばらけず、ただ目の前のことに向き合えている感覚です。
それは、意識が正しい方向に揃い、
余計な力を使わずに深く入り込めている状態。
